VENUE INFORMATION

If you are looking to explore your sexuality in a private and secure environment, or just dipping your toe into swinging for the first time then we have you covered. 

Our parties are held in a large 4 bedroom Georgian house based in Sutton

(30 mins from Victoria and

10 mins walk from Sutton station)

Parking is available on the side streets

but please take care as this is a

built up residential area with restircted parking so please read all road signs if you parking nearby.

Please be quite when leaving the party not to upset the neighbours.

 The venue has the following for your enjoyment and pleasure

Entrance

Large reception area,  This is where you are greated and given your colour wristband.

Kitchen / Bar

General socializing, is also where you can hang your coats and food availble (supplied by the hosts).

Maintained by bar staff that will be able to keep your drinks chilled and safe. 

All drinks MUST be left here and will be served in a plastic cup

(NO bottles or cans allowed to carried around the house)

Sitting Room

just relax and take things easy why getting to know everyone.

Smoking room

(No smoking allowed in the house)

Dungeon
With our own Dungeon Master. 

There you will be introuduced and how to use correctly different types of pleasure equipment and plenty of toys that will shock your mind what you can do with a "Wooden Spoon" to a "Golf Gloves" by our Dungeon Master (all you got to is ask).

The room also has a throne, spanking horse, suspension ropes

which can be used

Event Room

This is where the Roping & Waxing

will happen

Please note:

All rooms including the "Couples Only Room" have an "Open Door" policy!

We ask all doors to remain open or we will have to open them for safety and security.

The "Couples Room" door is slightly closed to stop single guys coming in but

must remain open at all times!

Couple ONLY play room

( No Singles guys allowed at all)

2 X Open Play Rooms

( Anyone is allowed in them )

Voyeurism Room

( This room has a tape around the bed

Anyone allowed in the room but can not play on the bed unless invited by

the people on the bed! )

We also have a wonderful ROPE lady

(when she able to attend

due to commitments)

 that specify in "Rope Play" at its most sensual level, as well as "Wax Play"

Please play by the "Party Rules" and make sure you know which person is wearing which "Wrist Band Colour".

If you are found "Breaking" any of the

" Rules " then you will be escorted from the party and could be banned from attending any further parties. The owner of the house will also be informed which could also result in ban from further events held at the house.
